A Colorado woman's love for tofu was recently deemed too explicit for a license plate.
Kelly Coffman-Lee wanted to tout her vegan diet the world by putting a vanity plate on the back of her SUV, but she was limited to seven letters. When she requested a license plate that read, "ILVTOFU," the department of motor vehicles thought she meant something else.
